What are Playbooks?

Playbooks let you create a custom list of rules your company uses when deciding whether to approve a contract. You can add rules like:

Once you’ve created a Playbook, goHeather’s AI applies those rules every time you upload a new contract. You’ll get a clear answer—Yes, No, or Not Applicable—alongside plain-English analysis of why each rule passed or failed, plus AI-suggested edits when available.

What the AI actually does

Once you run a contract through goHeather using a selected Playbook, here’s what you’ll see:

• Rule Result: Pass, Fail, or Not Applicable
• Analysis: A short explanation of why the contract met (or failed to meet) the rule
• Suggested Change: Where possible, goHeather will recommend edits to bring the clause into alignment with your rule. If it can’t, you’ll get a note to review manually.

Each result is color-coded (green, red, or gray), and you can expand each rule to dive into the details.
