Monthly Plans

All paid subscriptions begin billing immediately upon sign-up.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

We do not issue refunds for partial months or for users who forget to cancel.

We do issue refunds for technical issues. Reach out to help@goheather.ai—we're here to help.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription and ensure cancellation is completed if they no longer wish to continue. Read here to learn how to cancel.

Annual Plans

All paid subscriptions begin billing immediately upon sign-up.

Yearly subscriptions are billed once, in full, at the start of the annual term. These plans also renew automatically each year unless cancelled in advance.You can cancel at any time through your account settings to prevent future renewal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current annual term.

We do not issue refunds for partial years  or for users who forget to cancel.

Enterprise Plans
